The Beach House with the Beach Pad Osa Peninsula are within the wildlife corridor and has regular visitors such as iguanas, a variety of birds (plus Bob the bird, our curious Tiger Heron), toucans, a party of macaws, green parrots, parakeets, and plus the occasional monkey.
The Beach House/Beach Pad is ideally suited for groups and families looking for a unique accommodation option while being close to the action. With on-site management, should you need it, the host at the Beach House is available to give you insight into all the amazing activities on the peninsula.
The House makes a great home base to explore the area and enjoy surfing, fishing, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding or just simply relaxing at one of the many beaches. With the town of Puerto Jimenez so close you can walk (15 minutes) to local restaurants, bars, banks, grocery stores, a pharmacy, etc. The Pad offers either a separate option for the group leader.
The Beach House/Beach Pad is available for rental per night or per week. The four-bathroom house with loft, full kitchen has space that is ideal for 8 to 18 people. The one-bedroom pad has two double beds with kitchen, living space and bathroom.

OUR COZY NEIGHBORHOOD
This beach neighborhood is just outside the village of Puerto Jimenez on a calm swimming beach of the tropical fjord, the Golfo Dulce. There are tons of Scarlett Macaws and many other birds that swing by the Beach House on the Osa Peninsula. On your morning walks you can see the whiteface monkeys, the squirrel monkeys, and the howler monkeys making their way to their breakfast meal. A 3-day Fishing Package
Enjoy three days of inshore and offshore fishing with selected professional fishing crews. Take on the monster ‘Rooster’ fighting fish (some over 50 pounds) or the different varieties of marlin off the coast, along with sailfish and some giant dorado. Yellowfin tuna are out and about in all sizes. Lots of 15 to 30 lb fish and several as big as 100 lb. Tuna have made a great recovery since moving commercial tuna fishing boats out to 45 miles off the coast of Costa Rica in 2014. So bring home a fresh Yellowfin tuna for the most amazing ‘Ocean to Plate’ dinner. Nothing is fresher.

All four Costa Rican monkey species, two kinds of sloths, two types of anteaters, collared peccaries, caimans, crocodiles, and poison dart frogs are commonly seen. It’s also home to rare species such as Baird’s tapirs, jaguars and the elusive harpy eagles.
And for you ‘Birders’, we have some 700 different bird species, more than the United States and Canada combined. Wow!
