It is also important to be aware of the tides and currents in the area where you swim. The tides can be strong at times, and it is important to be aware of the direction of the current, as they rise and fall with the gravitational pull of the moon and the sun. The moon’s gravitational pull is the strongest, and it causes two high tides and two low tides each day.
The shape of the coastline also affects the tides. The Osa Peninsula has a long, curved coastline, which causes the tides to be more extreme than in other areas. The tides can reach up to 12 feet in some areas, making them some of the highest in the world.
