Tres Palmas on the Osa Peninsula, unlike many local hotels, resorts and lodges, is secluded and puts you in the middle of some of the most beautiful and scenic areas in Costa Rica. Tres Palmas sleeps up to twenty guests comfortably between our four villa and our loft.
Our 8000 square foot five-bedroom villa, is the largest and most prestigious home of its kind in the Osa and has as many, if not more, of the modern comforts of most local boutique hotels and lodges. With Tres Palmas you have the luxury and the privacy of your own private estate on 25 acres.
With the villa backing up into the lush primary rain forest it keeps your days and nights pleasant with the cool jungle and ocean breezes.

This beautiful tropical rental home sits on a hilltop above four of the most exotic beaches in the Osa Peninsula, Cabo Matapalo, Pan Dulce, Backwash Bay and Playa Matapalo de Osa.
Tres Palmas has four suites and a loft for your sleeping arrangements. There are two 700 square feet king suites and two 800 square foot queen suites. The two queen suites also have an attached bedroom for families. All suites have full private baths, alfresco showers and your own private veranda that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
There is the loft in the Rancho with two queen beds and two singles beds with mosquito nets, although you need not use them. Altogether the Villa can sleep twenty guests.

Our two king suites have full private baths, alfresco showers and your own private veranda that overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
Our two queen suites also have an attached bedroom for families that sleep an additional three people and overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
The open-air rancho loft is approximately 650 square feet and is in the main building. The rancho loft is located above the kitchen and is great for the teenagers that love their own space but don’t need total privacy.
The rancho loft has a great view of the whole interior of the rancho, the pool and really catches the fresh, cool ocean breezes that make for very comfortable sleeping.

Our luxury villa has a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, Golfo Dulce, and Panama. Nestled into the lushest animal filled jungle rainforest of the Osa Peninsula and just steps away from the white sand beaches of Cabo Matapalo, some of the most breathtaking beaches in all of Costa Rica.
From amazing rainforest surrounding to Pacific Ocean views to the sounds of monkeys and macaws all while sitting at the infinity edge pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. And don’t forget about the famous Corcovado National Park which takes up nearly 2/3rds of the Osa Peninsula.

Tres Palmas Costa Rica is a private and secluded resort-style escape located on 25 acres of prime jungle rain-forest. We border one of the largest National Parks in Central America, Corcovado National Park. Tres Palmas offers views of the Pacific Ocean and the Golfo Dulce. Panama is in the distance to the south and east, world famous surf spot Pavones to the east and Playa Zancudo to the north.
Enjoy a walk to the beach down our walking path through a beautiful rain-forest jungle, where it’s common to see monkeys, macaws, toucans, sloths, anteaters, coati to name a few. At the end of your walk you will come to a road which will lead you to the three of the most exotic beaches the southern zone of Costa Rica has to offer.
